Yes, under certain conditions. The first students of 42 Quebec were welcomed in May 2021. If you are more advanced in your course than this first cohort, you will not have the necessary support to progress in the training. The Piscine is an intensive computer immersion program. The Piscine is a chance to really discover 42, what programming and coding system is all about. No, it is impossible to transfer your file to 42 Québec and be exempt from the Piscine even if you have already done it elsewhere in the world.
Yes, you can try the Piscine again; however, you must respect a 1-year time limit before you can do it again. If you fail again, it will not be possible to try again.
Program and courses
The duration of the training is generally 3 years. It will depend on your pace; you can do the training full-time or combined with part-time work.
42 is a full-time training that can be combined with part-time work. However, with a full-time job, this could be very tedious. We recommend that training 42 be conducted with a part-time workload.
